Miss Atalla is a Consultant Gynaecologist who specialises in Infertility and Assisted Conception. She graduated in 1991 and initially trained in obstetrics and gynaecology in Ain Shams University teaching hospital in Cairo, Egypt. Following completing her Master’s degree and appointment as Assistant lecturer She practised as a senior registrar in the NHS for four years and qualified as a Member of the Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology in 1998. Miss Atalla completed her MD in 1999 on “Bone loss & oestrogen depletion after hysterectomy despite ovarian conservation.” She initiated her career in Assisted Conception as a Clinical Research Fellow is St Bartholomew’s hospital's Assisted Conception unit in 1999. As a Consultant Gynaecologist specialising in Infertility and Assisted Conception, Nataly has been practising Reproductive Medicine within the NHS and at some of the most esteemed Assisted Conception units in the UK, including The Lister Fertility Clinic, Bourn Hall, The Assisted Reproduction & Gynaecology Centre and The London Women’s Clinic. For the last three years Nataly has been Deputy Medical Director of The Bridge Centre in London. Nataly is also CCT accredited and recognised as a trainer by the British Fertility Society. Nataly has a special interest in the investigation and the management of reproductive immunology problems, As well as continuing her practices at The London Bridge Hospital, Highgate Hospital and Holly House Hospital in Essex, Nataly is extending her practices, in both Reproductive Medicine and Gynaecology, to include a one-stop-clinic at The Docklands Health Centre at Canary Wharf and The City of London Medical Centre. This will enable her to offer one-to-one consultations with fast–track advice from diagnosis to treatment. Nataly will also be ideally situated to accomodate women and couples with busy schedules. Any investigative or operative procedures that maybe found to be necessary will be performed at the London Bridge Hospital. Nataly's high training profile in Reproductive Medicine and her own experiences as a woman enable her to have a good understanding of the anxieties and stresses that can be associated with fertility treatment. Nataly appreciates the significance of having easy access to information, individualised attention and the emotional support that is needed during what can be one of the most stressful times in peoples' lives.
